Introduction

This policy outlines the guidelines regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for Fixotix InvoiceSheet. Our goal is to provide a clear and fair process for all our users.

1. Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription and can cancel it at any time.

  • Self-Service Cancellation

    Users may cancel their subscription anytime directly from their Subscription or Billing page within the application.

  • Effect of Cancellation

    Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. It will prevent the next billing cycle, but the current cycle's fee is non-refundable. You will retain access to features until your current subscription period expires.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward.

  • Monthly Subscriptions

    We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service or for months unused with an open account. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable.

  • Annual Subscriptions

    Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the service has not been used excessively. (Note: Annual plans are not currently offered but this policy will apply when they are available).

3. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, we are here to help.

Please contact us at help@fixotix.com within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue and correct any errors promptly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first will result in the immediate suspension of your account.

4. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
