Fixotix InvoiceSheet provides a comprehensive suite of tools designed for businesses, including but not limited to:

As a user of our service, you agree to the following:

• Accurate Information

  You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

• Account Security

• Prohibited Use

Certain features of Fixotix InvoiceSheet are available only through paid subscription plans.

• Billing Authorization

  By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees.

• Pricing Changes

  We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. You will be notified of any pricing changes at least 30 days in advance of the change taking effect.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

In no event shall Fixotix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.
